Founded in 2017, Nuovarch (or Nuova Architecture) is an architecture firm led by architect Thiago Martins, whose extensive experience and expertise are reflected in projects carried out throughout Brazil.
Over the years, the firm has built its reputation on project feasibility and personalized client service, always focusing on the art of designing spaces that meet each client's specific needs.
In 2020, the firm expanded to the United States, starting operations in Orlando, Florida, merging the knowledge gained in Brazil with fresh perspectives from the North American market. This allowed the firm to enhance its ability to provide innovative solutions, overcoming national and cultural boundaries, and meeting the growing demand from clients.
Today, Nuovarch offers a wide range of services, including residential, commercial, and modular architecture, interior design for residential and commercial spaces, permit acquisition projects for commercial establishments, and custom thematic projects for vacation homes, retail, and theme parks.
